Yea!! We here again with some helpful tips on how to improve on your stage performance and how to Entertain your audience.
Most artistes fail to get more Acceptance,because their stage craft is not so cool. Here's how to spice up your stage presence and still be on top of your Game.
1. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR AUDIENCE:- you have to get this straight,communicating with your fan is like 65% of your stage craft. Get creative and do something different,like moving closer to your audience,throwing your cap/chains/Tshirt and face towel into to crowd to get their attention can also help. Wizkid is making it happen by spraying cash on stage.
2. BE AN ENTERTAINER:- watch entertainers like dbanj,damy krane,2face idibia etc and you will notice that there is something unique about their stage performance. They go extra miles just to entertain their audience. Work on that .
3. PRESENT THE RIGHT SONGS :- study your audience before you mount the stage,for example when performing at a show filled with professionals and high class men/women,you should present a classic song and not a RagaRaga song.
But on the other hand,if you are performing at a street party or beach party etc,you should present a party/dance hall song so your performance won't be boring to their ears. So work on that.
4. THROW AWAY SHYNESS:- lol. Shyness? #bad market!! If you are the type that can't help but get shy on stage ,then you can put on a pair of shade,but smoking and taking hard drugs won't help matters but makes it worst,because you might end up messing yourself up. So wise up!
5. STAY FIT:- When you hear Iyanya on stage,you sure gonna think about the 6 pack abs,when you hear Psquare on stage,you also gonna be thinking about all the dancing. So stay fit and create your own selling point on stage,you won't wanna pull out your shirt if you've gat a pot belly....lol....Stay fit and also eat moderate quantity before going on stage.
